Silver Visa Services
For investors: the investor must invest in a property gross value should not be less than AED 5 million, and the amount invested in a real estate should not be on a loan basis. the property must be retained for at least three years.
Entrepreneurs: this includes those having an existing project with a minimum capital of AED 500,000, or those who have the approval of an authorized business in the country. The entrepreneur is allowed a multi-entry visa for six months, renewable for another six months. the spouse and children, a partner, and three executives are included in the long-term visa.
Outstanding Students: students with a minimum grade of 95% in public and private secondary schools
University students should have a distinction GPA of at least 3.75 upon graduation in local and other countries.
Silver Visa Requirements
In order to qualify for a UAE silver visa, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of a country that has a valid diplomatic agreement with the United Arab Emirates.
